Can I track my order? How to do that?
What if I receive the incorrect item, or there is an item missing from my order?
You can send us the problem by replying to the order email or whatsapp as soon as possible, and we will reissue or resend it for you according to the problem you encounter.
What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
You can send us the problem (preferably with photos) by replying to the order email or whatsapp as soon as possible, and we will reissue or resend it to you after confirmation.
I'm not satisfied with the product, how can I return it for a refund?
You can contact us by replying to the order email or whatsapp to make a return or refund request, and we will arrange the return or refund after confirmation.
What payment methods does Pop Haven support?
Usually we recommend customers to use Paypal for payment. Through Paypal, you can pay with a credit card or debit card without registering, which is very convenient. You can also view our detailed payment method instructions.
How long will my shipping time be?
You can check our shipping page to get estimated delivery times for shipping to your country and the shipping method used. It should be noted that the estimated delivery time is based on the average transit time of our packages delivered to this country in the last 3 months and is for reference only. If you are ordering urgently, it is best to contact us to check the nearest shipping time for you before placing the order to avoid messing up your plan.
What if my order is out of stock?
Out-of-stock situations don't happen often. In the event that the product you ordered is out of stock, we will estimate a replenishment time and ask you via email whether you can wait or exchange it for other in-stock products. If not, we will refund your money.
What should I do if the price changes after I purchase the item?
If this occurs within 3 months of your purchase, we will refund the price difference after confirmation. If this occurs more than 3 months after your purchase, we will not reimburse the difference.
Can I place a gift order?
Currently, Pop Haven is not able to gift wrap. But we can provide free gift cards. You can leave a message about what you want to write on the gift card when placing an order. We will print or handwrite it on the gift card and send it out together with the order. If you are placing a gift order and do not want us to include a receipt with your order, please also leave a message when placing your order.
