First of all, we need to make it clear that we only send traceable packages, if you find that your package cannot be tracked, please contact us immediately, we will verify it for you.

Next, let us tell you how to get the tracking number and how to track the package.

Where to get a tracking number

When we ship your order, we will update the tracking number and shipping company name to your order, you can find it in 2 places.

1. If you have registered, you can check the tracking number on your order details page at any time after logging in. At the same time, you will also receive an order status update email from service@pop-haven.com, which will also show you the tracking number.

2. If you have not registered, you will only receive the tracking number by email, please keep an eye out for order status update emails from service@pop-haven.com.

How to track an order by tracking number

Currently, we do not have package tracking integrated into our website, however, it's still very easy to track your order. There are 2 ways to track your package:

1. Through third-party websites. You can track through third-party websites such as 17Track (https://www.17track.net/en), Track123 (https://www.track123.com/en/) and Aftership, and you only need to enter the tracking number to track.

2. If you feel that the third-party website is not safe, you can track it through the official website of the shipping company. We will update the name of the shipping company in the order synchronously. The following are the official tracking URLs of our commonly used logistics companies:

• USPS: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input
• ePacket: https://www.ems.com.cn/english/, can also be tracked at USPS.
• PostNL International: https://postnl.post/, after the package arrives in your country, you can check it through your country's postal website.
• Royal Mail: https://www.royalmail.com/

We track all orders we send out every 2-3 days until it arrives and send you a confirmation email. If there is any abnormality in your package, we will contact you as soon as possible.
