Processing Time
Usually we will processed your order in 1-3 days(mostly within 2 days), if some models you purchased are out of stock(happened rarely), we will contact with you via email or whatsapp for a refund or replacement suggest.
Shipping Cost
No matter where you want us to ship, we offer free standard shipping on retail orders over US$35, and a US$5 shipping cost if your order is under US$35.
Besides, if your order is urgent, and you want faster shipping, please contact us with the destination country, we will reply with you the shipping company name, shipping cost and estimated shipping time.
Tax and Customs Charges
All prices are pre-tax and do not include tax and customs charges. Although most countries provide tax exemption for small value packages, it will be your responsibility if the customs informs you that you need to pay import taxes or customs fees on the package.
Since we will not send packages with IOSS code, customers from European please clarify the tax rate or customs charge before purchasing.

The estimated shipping times are based on the shipping time of our recent delivered packages, since the shipping time is becoming more and more unstable since COVID-19, If you need real-time estimated shipping time please contact us. We will also send you an email with estimated shipping time once we ship your order.
Please notice the estimated shipping time can't be a reason for refund, the limit of our shipping time is 60 days, if the package can't arrive in 60 days, we will make refund for your order.
Tracking
We never ship untraceable packages, so we will offer tracking number, shipping company name for every package after we ship it, you can track it via 17Track or the official site of the shipping company, please notice that some of the packages can only be tracked after they pass the destination country’s customs.
We will also track all of the packages every day and send you a confirm email after it is showed delivered.
